As an authorized SEPTA agent, we can process applications and renewals for Senior Key Cards.
In 2024, we processed applications and renewals for 153 people and referred 223 people to alternate convenient locations to obtain their cards.

A free benefit provided by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to residents aged 65 and older. With this card, seniors can travel for free on all SEPTA modes of transportation, including buses, trolleys, subways, and Regional Rail.

New applications cannot be processed before your 65th birthday.

To apply for your SEPTA Senior Key Card, follow these simple steps:
1. Contact our office to schedule an appointment with us or to find an alternate location.

3. Wait for your card to arrive – SEPTA Senior Key Cards are mailed directly to your home address, within 2-4 weeks of processing.

Appointments are required. Unfortunately, we cannot serve ‘walk-ins.’ Appointments are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9:30am-4:00pm.
